St. John Vianney High School is seeking a Director of Campus Ministry to begin in the 2025-26 school year.  St. John Vianney High School is a prestigious, independent, all-boys Catholic, college-preparatory school in Kirkwood, MO.  Vianney is sponsored by the Society of Mary (Marianists) and serves over 550 young men in grades 9-12.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Campus Ministry:

• To promote a strong Catholic, Marianist charism within all aspects of our school
• To build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• To plan and oversee retreats, community service, school prayer, and Eucharists
• To develop relationships with external entities for outreach opportunities
• To oversee the Campus Ministry team, calendar, and budget
• To be an active member of various school committees, including the school's leadership team

Key Qualities of the Director of Campus Ministry:

• Candidate must be a practicing Catholic.
• Candidate should be an excellent communicator, building relationships with all stakeholders.
• Candidate should be a team player with the ability to collaborate with members of the school community.
• Candidate should have strong team leadership skills, building trust through collaboration with all Educators. 
• Candidate should be a strategic director who propels growth, taking initiative to grow Campus Ministry opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff.
• While not required, an ideal candidate will have experience in Campus Ministry and a degree related to leading Campus Ministry in a high school.
