Description
Maintenance Custodian (Kirkwood MO)
Not-for profit school, Full Time hourly position
Hours needed: 6:30pm to 1:30am (35 hours per week)
Days: Tuesday thru Saturday
Custodial and Maintenance work on a 37 acre multiple building campus
This person is responsible for the general appearance, operation, and upkeep of our campus.
General Custodial duties, including:
Cleaning of classrooms, locker rooms, weight room, bathrooms, showers
Mopping, sweeping and vacuuming floors
Emptying trash and recycling
Cleaning doors and windows
Dusting
General Maintenance duties, including:
Snow Removal
General landscape & trash maintenance
Requirements:

Pay Rate $14-$15 an hour based on skill level
